As a known Hopkins fan, I think he took perfomance enhancers vs Pascal

This is another classic case of fans steam rolling in to protect their favourite fighter. Yes, I am a fan too of Hopkins, and in no way shape or form, that of Pascal. However, I do believe in equal playing fields. This whole drug testing issue is getting ridiculous!

I thought Hopkins was done after Jones Jr, it was a really, really bad performance, the same with against the Ornelas. Age was catching up on him! I tipped my hat off to him, and a great career. Then the Pascal fight comes along, and boom, what a performance, I loved every second of it! I was in awe at how he bounced back....

However, only up till now have these recent series of events started to make me think!

Also, it made me think back to a recent statement whereby Hopkins said he is going to fight Chad Dawson and Lucian Bute. I'm finding it hard to discover where all this extra motivation is coming from?! I really don't know..

Something's really up in boxing, and I'm sad to see that Hopkins has fallen victim to it as well.

I don't suspect him of anything, but Hopkins stamina didn't look that good since Tarver; when he fought Pascal, and Hopkins got touched up against Pascal. Again, even though he's accomplished alot at this advanced age, I'm not skeptical of him. If I was I'd be straight forward, he's my favorite fighter too

Also, lookin' at the manner in which Pascal asked him to test, it's pretty obvious B-Hop was asked this before today's press conference. Atleast I think so.

You jump to this conclusion because he didn't look great against Roy Jones.

He didn't look great against Calzaghe either, then destroyed Pavlik.

He didn't look great against Jermain Taylor, then destroyed Tarver.

He didn't look great against Keith Holmes, then destroyed Trinidad.

Hopkins has always been a bit streaky and fights down to his opponents level at times, and usually steps his game up when it matters most (when he's out to prove something, when he's the underdog, etc.).
