Hopkins has gotten better and better since moving out of the middleweight division, because he didn't have to starve himself anymore to get to the weight...similar to the way Pac grew stronger after not having to starve to get to 122 & 126lbs.

Nah, if Hopkins was cheating he would have put on nearly 15lbs of muscle in about 9 months, he would have endless stamina without ever over-training, and he would have increased his speed and power while moving up to LH..... all without really knowing what a steroid was.
