    Alexander's problem isn't strength and conditioning, it's gameplan and adjustments.

            I think this might help Alexander generate a little more mustard on his jab and straight, which are just pitty patty, touch up, amateur style point scoring punches for him. The Strength and Conditioning coach will use proper resistance training to increase punching power on his shots. It could help. but yeah it won't help with heart.

                  i've honestly seen alexadner sit on on punch in his entire career
                  the uppercuts that dropped urango



                  alexander needs to get off his toes and punch once in a while
                  or stick the jab and step into it and make it count (which he also did int he urango fight)


                  he just looks confused out there.



                  maybe he just needs the urangos int he wrold to block his shots with a forehead

                    he acutally has a very hard jab.
                    he's a natural right hander fighting southpaw


                    he doesnt stick it out there with any authority unless he's fighting a brick wall like juan urango.


                    his straight left, however, is and probably will always be useless.
