It would go pretty much exactly the same way, but at mid-range instead of inside. And Gatti probably doesn't get stopped. But you'd see those ridiculous connect percentages from Marquez by the end. Marquez would have a field day with Gatti's wide open defense, but he'd probably take some nasty left hooks in return.

Idk, I think Marquez hits a lot harder then Ivan Robinson so that'd be interesting to see if Marquez could have stopped a prime Gotti at lightweight. Jesus Christ I just want to nut in my pants at the thought of Gatti against Marquez or Kasditis. O man Gatti-Kasditis probably would have had it's own ****** nasty ridiculously mel gibson crazy triology.

GOOD GAWD THAT'D BE PHAT AS HELL!!! :weed5:

Can't help but admire his tenacity and never say never attitude.

He's gone up against the best and fallen short, but he gave it his all. Can't knock him for that. I hope he wins that strap soon.

Marquez is a good puncher, but most of the damage he deals comes from the perfect technique he puts in his shots. Snap punches. Gatti would get rocked, shook up, hurt but Marquez just doesn't have enough oomph to stop Thunder. I mean, I wouldn't be shocked if he did it, but I wouldn't predict it.

I really liked that when he fought JMM he knew he couldnt win on the outside so he put his head into Marquez' chest and stayed there.

He kept with the game plan.... Felt so bad for the guy about loosing his brother.
