Gamboa is definitely stronger for his weight than Khan. They both have the questionable chin issue that makes them exciting but I think Khan is the faster puncher because Gamboa normally hits to KO his opponent and Khan tries to overwelm his opponent with his Hand speed n reach.

It's close but I give the edge to Gamboa. But Amir is definitely the fastest straight shooter in the business currently.

                  P4P handspeed

                  1. Gamboa
                  2. Khan
                  3. Pacquiao

you talking in terms of overall handspeed or handspeed in terms of lb for lb

gamboa's hands are faster p4p by a good deal in my estimation

but khan's tall for his weight, allowing him to cover distance easier with his punches compared to his opponents

gamboa's speed relies on his ability to make an opponent miss
or to cover distance with his feet prior to letting his hands go

he's the best young athlete in the sport in my estimation
he might be the sharpest boxer i've seen, in terms of what he can see and how quickly he can react to it, since roy jones.
