MDPORT - as soon as you are done BLOWING JuanMa's Private's, open your eyes....JuanMa was BADLY hurt by the 11 fight loss Mtagwa in a fight that WOULD have been stopped if it wasn't for a biased ref in PR. JuanMa will be fnished off cleanly by Gamboa.Comment

Ummm based on what? From what I've seen both JuanMa and Gamboa have both been down before. I really don't see how JuanMa has greater power. Both of these guys have one punch KO power if you really look at it. And even if by some chance your stats were correct it wouldn't necessarily mean that JuanMa would win the fight.
Let me guess are you rican? Cuz from what I've seen the ricans are the only people that are posting that JuanMa can win this fight. Which I have to give them credit for since they are standing behind their countryman. But let's be honest here, while JuanMa is a badass who does in fact have a chance he won't win. I just don't see how anyone can see that.Comment

yes you are right. Gamboa will seriously hurt lopez. lopez is too easy to hit, and gamboa can crack-but arum knows this, he has his favorites (pac / lopez / cheato) and he is very biased towards those fighters. Gamboa's defense is better, he is very explosive, i think the wars have slowed juanma down a bit, he's been fighting flatfoot for a min - just think the speed and punch placement will be too much for juanma at this stage - mtgwa , concepcion, marquez, his most recent have shown his most vulnerable.Comment

How many people here wondered what the second round was going to look like? That first, feel-out round didn't foreshadow the coming storm at all. Solis and Gamboa both seemed to respect each other too much. Turns out, Jorge was the one concerned with Gamboa's speed and power. When Yuri stepped on the gas, he ran straight through Solis. A very impressive performance against a solid opponent.
Most boxing nicknames mean nothing; they just sound good. The "Cyclone of Guantanamo" is one of the most appropriate handles I've ever heard of on a boxer. Yuriorkis Gamboa looked like the "Tasmanian Devil" tonight...truly a like a cyclone.Comment

Gamboa told JuanMa that because they agreed on National TV to sign the fight after he fights Salido. Lets see if Arum gets in the way of that. JuanMa gets knocked out, no doubt at all. Gamboa has a better chin, MUCH better speed, MUCH better movement.Comment
