i don't get it...
if a fighter is overweight.. why do they let the fight commence then
wouldn't they cancel/postpone or in this case give the win to solis...??

he made the weight limit then gained 7lbs for the unofficial scale. Not sure hoe much boxing you watch but that happens all the time not to mention Solis came it at 139lbs.

he was 136 tonight, solis was 139

No, he came in at 126, and refused to weigh in a second time for the IBF thus giving up the belt.... Don't just makes threads on an assumption.
