This is like saying Giovanni Segura beats JuanMa or Gamboa. Currently, Pacquiao is 5 weight classes above Gamboa, who is 5 weight classes above Segura.

Gamboa is faster, but Pacquiao will definitely connect with some welterweight lefts and Gamboa has been put on his seat many times by less talented fighters.
