The guy has been on a roll this year so far, with 3 of his fighters winning by KO. What do you guys think? Too early?

Not too early, matter of fact I thought he deserved last year, more so than Roach did.
But, I agree front runner for TOTY so far.

I agree, all of his fighters have been impressive in their fights. Right now, hands down he is trainer of the year.

Not by the BWAA, Roach won it by the BWAA....I don't know who the Ring gave/will give it to though.
