    Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino, Las Vegas - Carlos Molina had a 142-103 edge in total punches landed and a 115-65 edge in power shots landed. Molina outlanded Erislandy Lara in total punches in 8 of 12 rounds. Lara threw 76 more punches. The fight ended in a ten round majority draw.
