Wasn't really good fight entertainment wise. It was just interesting to see being how there is so much hype around Lara and there was a chance he would either lose the fight or the judges would jerk Molina. Ronnie was urging him to go all out understanding that Lara needed to get him out of there to save face. Gave him perfect instructions and the dude just didn't listen or didnt have what it took inside to execute.

I think a draw was a fair verdict although if I had to pick a winner, I would go with Molina. There were three clear rounds for Molina and three clear rounds for Lara but the other four were really close. It seemed when Molina threw combos to the body and backed Lara up, he won the round and when Lara threw combos and backed Molina up, he won the round. But the other four rounds, neither fighter looked sharp, lots of missed punches, mauling, clinching and at the end, Molina was dead tired due to getting this fight on short notice. I definitely think a rematch is in order and with Molina getting more time to train and Lara learning how to listen and possibly follow his corners instructions, it would be interesting to see who wins...

No, it wasn't really a good fight... the only thing that made it interesting is that Teddy Atlas started the night out saying "I'm certain Lara will win this fight" and then changed his tune half way through the fight. If Lara hadn't already been a built up Cuban fighter, I'm pretty sure that the judges would have given the nod to Molina. He was just more accurate and pressed most of the action, but not really anything special about the fight except that it was more competitive then some thought it would be. No way Lara rematches Molina IMO, too risky for him.
