Comments Thread For: Lara Comes Down To Earth After Majority Draw Result

The so far charmed career of 27-year old former Cuban amateur star Erislandy Lara (15-0-1, 10 KO) got its first brush with curse on Friday night at the Cosmopolitan Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Lara, of Miami, Florida, was held to a draw in a spirited effort from 27-year old Carlos Molina (17-4-2, 5 KO) over ten rounds.

It was a draw, yet moron's call him a bum........dude your hero has been ko'd twice, that's 2 times just in case you don't get that. Learn the sport your commenting on. F.....g ******, the "proven fighters" all have losses as well.

Lara will recover from this, hopefully

The only fight I remembered him calling for was with Vanes. He is not a proven fighter.

First off congratulations to molina for the valiant effort.i had him winning by one round.

Laras has 0 inside game.looks for only the one punch ko, and doesn't welcome body shots.a molina with only 5kos did some damage.they chose the wrong lite puncher

True laras came in over confident, but he has leaks

After what I witnessed last night, Lara should take tougher fights long before he tries to fight a legit title holder. Dzinziruk, for instance, would have beaten the breaks off of Lara yesterday.
