    Lara.

But I do enjoys Jhonson's style.

If he gets some more experiance he could be better.

I prefer good head movement to ear muffs.

    That's just me though.
This is exactly, precisely what I preferred about Jhonson. Tonight.

Yes. Lara is probably ahead on opposition. And I'll give him the bad night.

But (based on a pretty much purely subjective perspective) I still like Jhonson's style vs Lara. What do you guys think of Pirog vs Lara?

Lara is lanky (for his class) and fast but kind of wooden. Not as fluid as one might wish for a soon-to-be legend...

Jhonson was nothing if not fluid. Tonight.

      Very fluid.

Sort of like Ismayl Syllakh but smoother.

Jhonson should fight Abregu or Wolak.

Wolak would be very interesting. That seems to be a hungry MF.

Unless Jhonson lacks stamina (and I am grossly overrating him, which is entirely possible at this point) he should easily decision the Abregu that was convincingly beaten by Bradley coming up in weight.

You would have seen Lara dominate and stop Gutierrez. While you would of seen Johnson, struggle and perhaps even lose to Molina. And, that would have made your opinion of who would of won different.

It's easy to look impressive when you fight an opponent that's not on your level. Once you step up we know who the real deal is.

Johnson has the goods it seems. But, so does Lara. If they fought right now. I would say Lara wins. More experienced and has fought the much much tougher comp.
The problem wasn't the opponent, it was the conditioning. Jhonson lost to Lara in the AMs though, that was the fight that put Lara into the games. Anyhow -

It wasnt the opponent, it was the conditioning. Molina did nothing out of the norm. he didn't press too much action, throw awkward shots or ALOT of shot. Infact, he was made for a guy like Lara.

Moline only worked in spots. He gave Lara plenty of breaks and an entire book worth of different looks. Lara is just poorly conditioned and was visibly fatigued after the fourth round. You could tell as he began to do the obvious signs that let you know when a fighter is tired.

          Pushes punches
          Continuously tugs on his protector
          Hunches over
          Gets flat footed

Jhonson would have had an easy day with Molina, using movement and a jab at an easy pace. Molina didn't set a crazy work rate or anything like that, lara is just poorly disciplined and conditioned.
