Martinez took a page from Pacquiao's playbook.

I was rewatching this fight last night( one of my favorite fights to be honest) and i hadn't noticed this shot Pacquiao landed on Marquez in the start of the 10th, went back and watched it in slow motion & it was a hell of a shot, just thought it looked familiar, no?

That shot staggered Marquez but he didn't went down.

I agree that it resembles the shot that sent Pwill down the canvass to endorse Corona Extra.

Yeah, it wasn't as much of a straight as the shot that dropped Williams, but Pac is ducking under a shot and threw it blind like Martinez.

The major difference for me is that Martinez threw it cause he knew Paul would walk into it, I feel the Pac was more of a shot in the dark, but boy did it land.

You see, that is why Floyd and Roger make those assumptions that Pacquiao is juicing, he didn't even drop Marquez, yet he knocked Ricky Hatton the F* out w/ that punch. C'mon, that doesn't make sense.

If it was the left hand from Pac I guess JMM would hit the mat for the night.

EDIT: Right hand my apologies he did it with the left indeed!

It was the same left hand my bad.

Anyways JMM-Pac at 135 with Pac-Hatton at 140, therefore normally Pac's loaded at 140 with more power hence Ricky's plight.

Marquez is much harder to hit than P Will.. not to mention Marquez comes back with 2-4 hard counter punches back at you (which made pacquiao hesitant or more cautious to throw). The P Will that fought Martinez was just brawling in there..
