the assertion by hardcore Mayweather fan's that Spadafora did not get the better of Floyd in that sparring session 10 years ago, is incorrect, because he did I saw it myself.

the result of a " sparring session "..... is just that, a sparring session, and nothing more.

Thirdly.....
sparring sessions are completely over-hyped, and irrelevant when it comes to the real thing. Yeah that's right, Groves beat up Dirrell, so therefore should have been included in the Super-6 right from the start.

This fight is utter bull****, and cannot be taken too seriously.

Spadafora is approximately number, oh I dunno, say..... 42, on the list of prospective applicants for that particular position

If the fight happens, they should call it "War of the woman abusers". Spadafora should have done hard time for what he did to his lady. And Mayweather would be well suited behind bars as well.

He did, he got jailed for that. I cannot remember exactly how long he served, but I remember at the time that it was not a particularly long sentence in light of the serious nature of the crime.

You don't have to. Right now, it's just talks like the Matthew, Nate, and Paulie fights talks before he fought Mosley. If it become official, then there's no way anyone should defend him for taking that fight. If it doesn't happen and in few months later, you'll feel foolish for even considered it as an official fight even when it weren't.

That's what I meant, I refuse to buy that this fight is even being considered. I just can't believe that Mayweather would even consider fighting Spadafora.
