Williams most notable wins are over Meehan, and a washed up Tyson. His outing before last....he was stopped by the WBC champion Vitali Klitschko.

Lets keep in mind Meehan is close to being a bum. His most notable fight was against Brewster, and like you mentioned he was stopped in the first round of the Williams fight.
