yes it is.. your argument regarding pac broke the rules when pac ask for 10 mil weight penalty...i just rebut this argument that it was floyd who first broke the rule when he paid jmm for every pound overweight..and i never mention nsac rules either and fyi, pac already stated many times in pac/margo pre fight conference that he already agreed to all floyd's demands that only floyd can find out if pac is bluffing or not by agreeing to the fight (forget the 100 million coz that is a blatant duck.)
