    WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan (24-1, 17KOs) began sparring with two local fighters in the Philippines. Khan is working hard with his new conditioning coach Michael Vale, and trainer Freddie Roach. The British star returns on April 16 to defend his title against undefeated Paul McCloskey (22-0, 12KOs) in Manchester, England. WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, also trained by Roach, is holding his camp in the same facility and trades strategy advice with Khan. Pacquiao returns on May 7 against Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Select photos by Team Khan.
