Khan may be a bit faster, but only for first half of fight. Gotta admit khan is one of the fastest there is. But Manny has better everything else including stamina and work rate.

I think he has close hand speed but is still slower. Maybe in a few years he catches up while pac slows down.

Im more a Manny fan that Khan fan, but I do believe Khan is faster than Manny. He throws his combinations a little faster than Manny. Khan might have the fastest hands in boxing.
