Wlad prob wanted to learn it more. And he is going out with an American so it improves with her. and i believe he lives in America at times so he got better at speaking English

I remember seeing Wlad interviewed(Think it was after he just beat Barrett)and he didnt speak good English at all,really hard to understand,so since 2000 he has really become fluent in it.

He actually said it in the Conan O'Brien Show prior to Iggy fight: If you have an English speaking GF, you learn the language pretty well in a few weeks.

They used to show it in Finland, not anymore.
