Joe was so much faster, so much quicker, and you can say hes a SMW, but he's taller and longer than Marciano and Joe fought guys who on fight night weighed as much as Marciano and Marciano fought tons of guys who on fight night weighed as much as Joe. joe would probably rip Marciano's face off.

agreed! joe hits much harder than featherfisted Marciano, who has -1 wins over real Heavyweights and beat no good fighters at all. joes longness is so much longer than Marciano's, Marciano wouldnt have a chance! Calzaghes win over Tucker Pudwill is far better than anything Marciano did.

So you dont think that Joe is taller, and has a longer reach than Marciano? I love all the boxing history section floozies coming over here. Is there an alarm over there that rings whenever anyone criticizes a dead/braindead boxer? Like were you busy jerking it to a jack dempsey fight and all of a sudden some one rang the call to arms and suddenly the boxing history section comes over here in full strength to whine. Who you got, and dont give me that bull**** that Marciano was a HW, he fought plenty of guys Joe's size and without having to cut I figure Joe would be 185 easy. He is 1 inch taller than Marciano, and has a 4'' reach advantage, he is faster, a much better boxer, more more elusive, and way more active. I think Joe would make Marciano look a lot like Jeff Lacy.

Height and reach advantage is not really good deterrent against Marciano.
You need a lot of fire power to get respect from Marciano. I say in a classic 15 rd, Marciano KO Calzaghe in 13th. I am presuming Marciano will get modern sport medicine and nutrition as well.
