Are you serious? Pac is with Top Rank (Bob Arum). Floyd deals with Golden Boy. They have a feud going on. Mosley had to leave GB to get the fight. Is any of this making any sense to you? Because according to YOU, the Mosley fight didn't happen because Shane was with GB correct? Which is definitely true. If Bob didn't want to deal with Mosley because of GB. Mayweather Promotions and Manny Pacquiao Promotions should co-promote this fight in Dubai, cutting out the middlemens (i.e. Top Rank, GBP, DKP)

Why shouldn't it be? It's just a blood test? Why is giving blood to make the biggest fight in the sport of boxing an issue? That should be the least of Pac's worries. I just don't understand how a simple blood test would boil over to this big debate? It's ridiculous and the fact that Pac supporters can't see it is amazing. Floyd is blamed for not fighting Manny but in reality, he did want to fight Manny but Manny didn't want to take the test, so the fight didn't get made. Then, we hear about this 2nd negotiation but why have a second negotiation when it could have been settled in the first? EVEN THEN! Throughout the so called 2nd negotiations, Pac still was displaying reluctance on giving blood as stated by Amir Khan. Pac has NEVER been up to taking the tests but yet Floyd is the one who doesn't want the fight? Couldn't it have happened already if it wasn't for Pac? Are you debating that? I would think that a $10MIL weight penalty for every pound over 147 would be a deal breaker before giving blood.

the tests are a ***** move. floyd isn't the NSAC, he doesn't have to add extra rules or procedures to the ones already there. it's not like pacquiao has a history of PED's, like mosley had. no one with a clean reputation should lower himself to accepting those ***** terms

Fight not happening has nothing to do with the blood test. Bob doesn't want to make the fight. If you pay attention PAC always said he didn't want the test the day of the fight. It's bob who threw the wrench into everything. When Floyd agreed to everything they tried to throw the 10 mil penalty in there. When that didn't work they made it about the drug test. It's so obvious I don't see how PAC/Floyd fans don't see that. He has been using Floyd name as a smoke screen/ and promo for every fight. Ah1t Marg said in feb bob promised him the PAC fight. Then when Mosley left GB he found out another way to make money without Floyd. And the next fight will be Jmm.
