I would definitely say Philippines vs Mexico. I mean say what you want about the Philippines only having 2 good boxers, one of which might be a steroid/PEDs user, and the other one only having beaten one legitimate mexican opponent,(Montiel) I still think its a legit rivalry right now because ever since Pacquiao, it's like Mexican boxing has been plundered into the middle ages...
I mean we're so desperate in search of the next great Mexican fighter that we're rallying around complete bumbs like Alvarez and Chavez Jr... and before them it was Margarito who is the ultimate bumb and shame to Mexican and Mexican-American boxing... The good news is there is a ****load of really talented Mexican and Mexican-American prospects out there right now, and thanks to Pacquiao there is also a few good Filipino prospects now emerging so it's only going to get better from here
