Random means maybe and maybe not. I dont remember any stories about testing officials losing any drug tests like they say happened with Morales. Chances are they wont be drawing blood the day before the fight. I cool with Pac saying I dont want to take it because its not require by the commision but these dumb ass excuses just make the whole camp look silly. If the issues are as cut and dry as both sides claim Pac wouldnt be having talks about any other fight for the end of 2011. Its always easy for critics to say "Well they didnt test for the last 18 day leading up to Mayweather/Mosley" but that is because its RANDOM.

see the thing about that is, no cut off date doesn't mean there will be tests let's say 7-14 day before the fight, just that they can if needed.

there was no cut off date for the Mosley fight, yet there were no blood tests 18 day before the fight.

My question is, since there probably wont be tests less the 7 days before the fight why does Pacquiao need a guranteed window?

Floyd was never confident about this fight from the beggining. didnt floyd request 10 ounce gloves and the fight to be at 154 in his original request. dude was always looking for a way to duck, and he found his excuse with the drugs tests.

its obviouse how floyd feels about this fight. he changed his original offer to 0 days cut off when his opponent already made it clear that he didnt want the tests close to the fight. What does that tell you about the fighter. it hell isnt a fighter thats eager to fight.

I'm a huge pacman fan but am now getting a little nervous that since his loss to morales he has not taken blood tests. I think if he would do them with mosley it would prove that he is the best and is clean. All these court cases and accusations would phiss me off that I would want to prove people wrong or is he hiding something? No bashing just adult like opinions if your older enough please.

there is no guarantee that there wont be a bloodtest 7 days before the fight with floyd's terms.....the only thing that guarantees that is if there is a cutoff.....7 days cutoff >>>>>>>18 days cut off....

dont even bother with the excuse that usada did'nt need to test and that both floyd and shanne werent doing anyhting su****ious why they stopped blood testing 18 days prior to the fight...the public aint that dumb....
