It is merely to provoke thought on what the fight would actually make, because unless you think about that what one guy is making is an incomplete story.

The Fight could generate, as you said, $300 mil, Gross.. Which means, this is NOT the real income generated by the fight. This does NOT cover the costs for making the fight happen. You have to pay people for this fight, not just the fighters. Venue gets a cut. Promoters get a cut. HBO/Showtime gets a cut. Which leaves you with more or less a $100 mil for the fighters. So, hey, they could still pay Floyd the $100 mil, if Pac agrees to fight for free, that is.

It's not the same thing, Charlie Sheen is an entertainer, Floyd Mayweather is a professional athlete. Charlie Sheens drug use has no effect on his ability to do his show obviously but if Floyd continues to get into trouble, he obviously isn't in the ring fighting.

Why is it that people seem to think Roger is not aware of what the rumors are? In the video we clearly see he was making a joke about the 100 mil. Following the statement he said I dont know what it would take. He's playing on haters thinking he is clueless and unreasonable. Between 50 and 60 mil seems to be very possible.
