  • Comments Thread For: Wladimir vs Haye is The Likely Choice, Says Booth

Adam Booth, David Haye’s manager and trainer, told The Daily Telegraph that he was presented with proof of Wladimir Klitschko's stomach injury - and has no doubts about the serious nature of the injury. Booth and Bernd Beonte, manager of the Klitschko brothers, are heading to New York on Tuesday to sit down with HBO and Showtime.

100% guarantee they'll pull a last minute switch....they are so transparent as to be embarrassing to them for thinking they are being cunning.

wlad knows that if haye lands on his chin he is going 'sleepy bye byes' and needs his big brother to step in and try and grind out a win.

wonder what wlads excuse will be in october when his brother has been beaten into retirement and there is noone left to save him from the grim reality that when faced with a half decent opponent....he ****s it!

      I want Wlad-Haye. Not Vitali-Haye.

      Wlad better not switch.

dude, i promise u that wlad is gonna switch. wlad is a bigger pu$$y than vitali and he knows that haye sparks him ...he'll take adamek in september and when haye comes knocking having beaten vitali, he will try to time haye out on the retirement deadline to keep his 'lineal' title.
        haye will wait.
wlad has got to be the most fraudulent 'lineal' champ in the history of the sport.

I'm just curious, who has Wladimir ducked before? Dude has cleaned out the division, and has become the undisputed Heavyweight champion. Remember Haye pulled out of the first fight, not Wlad.

If he's healthy he will knock Haye out.

              Good.

I think Vitali would be an easier fight

Exactly. Haye has been the one who has prevented this fight for years. Its kinda rich that his nuthuggers are now almost hoping Wlad will pull out so they can "even the score". They'd rather the fight didnt happen. Thats the type of "fans" Haye has attracted

                  What I'd like to know:

On what do Haye fans base their unshakeable belief that Haye can beat either Klitschko?

Haye has never fought a top heavyweight contender. He hasn't looked particularly impressive against the non-threats like Barrett, Valuev, and Ruiz.

Haye doesn't have quicker hands than Solis. He doesn't hit harder than Solis. He doesn't have nearly as good footwork as Solis. He isn't nearly as accurate as Solis. He isn't as hard to hit as Solis is. He has better stamina than Solis, but that's it.

On what basis are we to believe that David Haye is the man to beat Wladimir, let alone Vitali?

I'd love to see some Tyson-esque fighter come up and take Wladimir out. But it isn't likely to be David Haye.

You may have just got every one of those wrong.

Stamina is probably Haye's worst attribute.

The rest hes better than Solis in all honesty. Maybe defence is debatable...
