Empire Promotions, which Shannon I guess worked with on the Klitschko fight, is disbanding it's boxing arm. Shannon has stated they robbed him of millions for that fight

Got it. They are also the ones who have done that new "Fight Night in America" series that's mediocre on Fox Sports Net. I guess that's done too.
