Kessler: Career decision after 2 weeks of sparring.

In a couple of weeks 4 time SMW champion Mikkel Kessler is to commence sparring after his long injury-induced layoff. When he has sparred for 2 weeks a decision will be made wheter his eyes have healed sufficiently for him to come back.

"The decision is Mikkel's. It has to be made 2 weeks after sparring has started," promotor Kalle Sauerland says.

"I am not worried about ring rust. Mikkel has been out a year before without problems."

It is certain that Kessler's come-back will take place in Denmark. The targeted fight with IBF champion Lucian Bute will not. Sauerland says: "A fight with Bute can not take place in Kessler's homecountry."

I wonder why Kessler said he had 3 cars? Triple vision?

Now that he is broke, he also said that it would have been enough to have one car instead of 2.

Driving 2 cars with double vision isn'T more dangerous though.

              It's a miraculous recovery!

Interesting that the Lucian Bute fight can't be in Denmark. I guess Bute is the bigger cash cow and shot caller between the two.

The fight would be in Canada before it would be in Denmark, that's for sure.

At what time would the fight be if it was broadcasted live from Denmark?
4 PM EST??? Pretty sure Showtime is pushing for North America. It could be in the US, but the money is in Montreal...

The Super Six had no problems holding fights in Europe, so I doubt that the time is a legit excuse.
