What's Floyd's excuse for not fighting Sergio Martinez?

Great question, as a Mayweather fan i would love to know too, because i know Martinez isnt afraid of needles so he would do the test without wanting to know when the testers are coming, i know his promoter wants the fight unlike Bob arum, i know he has nothing to hide, so Mayweather should be asking for a fight like this one, especially now that martinez is hot.

Most fans of Mayweather would like to see the fight. I personally would like to see the fight if its for the lineal 160 lb strap, and see Mayweather become a true 3 division lineal champ out of the 8 original divisions in boxing. That will stack up well against the Old School ATG's.

If he was a "true" welterweight he'd weigh in at least 155 on fight night but he got balls enough to fight at a division he shouldn't even really be in he's just that skilled and ballsy that he can. As a Floyd fan I would be the first to admit that if he was an active fighter and not fighting Sergio that it would essentially be a duck..but right now it is just impossible to know what Floyd's status as a boxer is. I mean do we really know if he has any intentions of fighting again for sure?

exactly.floyd has not fought since shane and he doesn't have any fights lined up and if floyd were to fight yes it should be either sergio or manny but yet i don't see complaining about manny not fighting the fights we would rather see him in instead of his team havin a different excuse for not fighting certain fighters like such and such is to small for manny or manny is to small for such and such or such and such is a nobody they don't draw any money
