When Pacman beat Barrera the 1st time,Barrera was running on all cylinders,it was just that Pacman was that good. The 2nd time Barrera was on the slide but he himself fought better.

Now Morrales's 1st fight with Pacman was his last great performance.Zahir Raheem proved that Morrales was clearly on the decline before the rematches though.

I would argue Morales was only at 90% when he beat Pacquiao

Morales 2 was definitely past prime, but the Raheem fight was at 135 where Morales just could not fight. I'd say he was still at 70-80 percent when Pacquiao beat him in that fight.

        Completely dead on about Barrera.

I think both were not in their prime when they lost to Pac. Not making excuses, I just think for Barrera it was the beginning of the end for him and Morales wasn't the same fighter either.

Even though Morales beat Pac, he wasn't the same fighter and Pac wasn't the fighter he is today either.

Barrera fought very well in the second fight but you could see he just didn't have the same speed and pop he once had.

That was Pacquiao in his prime not the guy today who looks good fighting 40 year olds
