Who would Bute do better against, of all the Super 6?

Not to keep harping on about Lucian Bute, as I don't think he's exactly the greatest at 168 by any means.

However, with him being a focal point on page one today, who out of the original 'Super 6' or 8 for all intents and purposes do you think he would fare better against, taking into consideration styles, weight, reach etc.....

Discuss why you elected your man, and also state who you think would give Bute the most trouble........

he'd beat abraham handily imho...abraham is too inactive, stationary and is only 5'9"

abraham can pull an andrade on bute though

allan green was never in the super six league...anyone former or present would beat him

the jermain taylor that fought carl froch would have a good chance of beating bute imho, thats a 50/50 fight...ofcourse bute would beat taylor at this point

Don't know why I quickly clicked Johnson, I'll say AA, AA ain't aggressive enough and Bute will keep him at bay easily.

Allen Green, dude is wack.I honestly don't think that Bute bosses AA.For some reason every time I see Bute I think of the 1st Andrade fight.I think AA manages to finish him.

I was thinking about this last night while watching the fight, but I was thinking more in the terms of which ones could BEAT him. I think Kessler is a 50/50 fight, you can never count out Glen Johnson, and a Froch fight would be exciting as well. But at this time the only ones I see that could take advantage of Bute and throw him off his game and possibly dominate him is Ward and Dirrell.

Bute has his flaws, and as someone said here already, the image of Bute at the end of the first Andrade fight comes to mind when you're watching him. There's something oddly vulnerable about him though I haven't figured out just what it is yet. Last night Kessler kept saying how impressed he was with how McGee was surprisingly getting to Lucian, although of course he was looking for those flaws of Bute. But McGee did do better then I expected.

Just about any of the current or past Super 6 contestants (with exception to Green) would be good competitive fights. No more lower eschelon or journeymen for Bute from this point on for goodness sakes!

I voted for Abraham just because of the huge size difference. Though it's not as simple as that. I do think Abe can avoid those body shots with his shell defense, and come back with bombs of his own, Bute is sometime wide open for them.

If someone can pull Andrade on Bute, I think that would be Johnson. The guy is relentless and have a power to hurt Bute.
