He had an anterior cruciate ligament rupture, articular cartilage damage and meniscal tear in the right knee. And STILL got up to beat the count.
He wasn't stretchered out the ring, he walked out on his own steam, albeit aided by his corner men, so I'd give him credit for getting up but he wasn't entirely immobile. Plus he did look semi dazed as well as injured.
