I can't fault them for being the only professionals in the division. In my opinion, their greatness stems from them taking their jobs so seriously and not lowering themselves to their competition. They both could very easily just grow a beer belly and take on whomever and get their wins. I appreciate their craft, dedication and professionalism.

Adding to that, it's a total disgrace to the true fans of the sport that the Klits will be remembered more than people like Pep, Pernell, Gatti etc to the casual fan.

It stinks to high heaven they get all these plaudits for winning against such poor poor poor opposition.

Maybe the Klits could hang with the heavyweight greats, but we'll never know unfortunately.

        Fair point well made

However I feel fighters should be judged on who they have beaten, and unfortunately neither Klit can claim an elite win.

I appreciate that it's not thier fault that there is no opposition, but I can't get on the Klit train as they are both unproven against world class fighters.

The cup boards are bare, but we as fans cannot say that they are avoiding competition. They are fighting veterans, contenders and prospects alike. I still think Solis is a solid HW and should get another rematch, once he looks like he's a professional. I also think Chris Arreola is a good HW, but he too needs to sharpen up his image.

The folks that they're fighting are as world class as its going to get for the time being.

I agree 100% with that post.

It feels strange to find a Klit fan with a brain

Here's another little point; I thiNk Haye will beat Wlad and Klit, however, even if Haye gets destroyed, it doesn't help the Klit "legacy", as Haye is a small unproven heavyweight, who also has no elite wins.

It's a lose lose situation for the Klits, I Bet they wish they'd been born 10 Years earlier!

I just hope Vitali fights twice more this year.

I have a feeling Wladimir will easily defeat Haye, and Vitali will defeat Adamek.

Then there's really no one else left to fight, until someone like Pulev, Pianeta, Glazkov, Chisora, Fury, or Helenius is ready.

There are going to be some interesting fights coming up. If Dimitrenko defeats Sosnowski next weekend, I'd like to see him in a title fight with a Klitschko before year's end, maybe with Vitali in December.

But who knows, Vitali may retire after the fight with Adamek.

Fair comments, but doesn't it frustrate you that people as poor/unproven as Chisora or Fury are the only things to get excited about?

Hell, if it wasn't for Wlad and.Vitali I'd have no interest in Haye at heavyweight. The whole division has had nothing to offer for so long it's depressing!

I don't think Haye will beat Wlad. I think his only chance would be against Vitali, and that is because he's almost 40. I was never big on Haye back when he was at Cruiser, and his HW 'run' has been awful. I think Wlad is going to brutalize him and keep him upright and then knock him out. But in this sport, nothing would surprise, so Haye winning, I wouldn't be shocked.

I think it helps the Klits in a way that at the very least, the media and fans are on the Haye bandwagon, which is hyping this fight up artificially. If he/they win, at the very least, the quieted the flames, until the next pretentious challenger comes along.

After Haye and Adamek...who is there to fight? Sad indeed

Totally agree that Vitali should fight next month- he should fight the guy Wlad pulled out of...Chiorsa?

@Jmh Reborn and @Freedom does it frustrate you that the Klit bros have no choice but to fight extremely average competition?

Would you prefer that they had fought in an era with true legends, maybe taken a few losses, but at the same time garnered more respect by having some truly classic fights?
