Very true, but Kessler had no snap on his shots like he use to. His punches use to be picture perfect, he just hasn't looked anything like his old self in his last 2 fights.
Kessler isn't small himself either.Comment

Very true.
He had pin point accuracy before.
Now his radar is f#$ked up.
Could be the eye.Comment

Jirov !!
Froch doesn't walk around much above the limit though. Bute is naturally a bit bigger but Froch is certianly a big guy himself
His left hook is not there anymore, it's always wide and slapping but his jab is still very good as we saw against froch and most importantly his right cross which against Bute would be a very important punch. That right cross most the time still looks fast straight and hard. occasionally he'll wing it.Comment

Its nothing to be ashamed about. We can all agree that Kessler an amazing fighter in his prime.
If the Calzaghe vs Kessler fight happened in 2005, I'm pretty sure Kessler would have won.
Some boxer reach their peak earlier and go past prime younger. Its Kessler case. He isn't even old by any mean at 32 years old. But his best years were clearly 23-27 years old. 4 years of solid boxing...
Ok, it might be a stretch to say he would have won against Calzaghe but I'd love his chance if that fight happened when Kessler was 26-27 years oldComment
