the KO was Legit and Vitali's Punch did affect Solis but Solis would might not have been knocked down or out if he didnt wreck his knee. I thought Solis was winning the round up until that point though. I think Vitali would have won eventually just not at that point. Solis was not in Retreat, He was not scared, Vitali was not Beating him up and he prolly could have taken more punishment if it wasnt for the knee. It was Definately a Legit KO

LOL mentally distracted, knowing your gonna get your ass handed to you isn't being mentally distracted. I guess Casey was mentally distracted too.

Wow you can finish ahead of Ireland in cricket well done. Even though England probably invented the sport and thousands play it compared to the few hundred Irish that play it. Although there are just as many foreigners in your team as English. If the ref didn't rob us in the Welsh game we probably would have won it. But typical of a dumb Englishman you try deflect the attention away from your own pathetic performances.

Vitali finishes Solis in one round and all Ive read are complaints.

          Weird.
Nope! if you read ANY criticism i've ever given the brothers or Haye i've always stuck to two major points. Real champions don't ***** around about the belts they get them and become a universal champion. Spread belts means partial champions IMO. Second quit fighting short, fat, old, and lazy fighters. I remained unsatisfied by the Solis fight.

My number one criticism for just Vitali is easily his KO%....lots and lots of TKO's. very few true unconscious KO's. Not a big getting wobble legs. I prefer the opponent to make no attempt to get up during the ten count...too busy sleeping because a guy like Tyson KO'd 'em. I remained unsatisfied by the Solis TKO.

That pretty much proves the win wasn't a KO win. Unless one chooses to not believe what the vid shows of Solis slipping before the punch landed. I can't remember the last Klitschko fight worth me paying for. The Haye match-up will be the first in many years.

It was a grazing punch, which caught him enough on the temple to put his legs on ***** street, it wasn't a particularly hard punch, but it hit the right spot, the knock to the temple put Solis' legs to jelly and he twisted something on the way down. Plain and simple, the punch knocked him down and he hurt himself on the way down. End of.

When a person gets knocked unconscious by a punch it is not the immediate force of the impact which does this, but rather the force of the brain being rattled against the inside of the skull.

All right, I really did not want to get involved into this, but let me explain it to you what happens when a punch lands on a side of the head where many arteries are localted

As you can see from the GIF, solis receives a punch at the upperside of his head, when that sort of damage acccures, eg sudden pressure on arteries around your head, your brain automatically assumes you are having a stroke and reacts by dumping most of the blood down to the body. That could result in myriad of consequences, but the most usual are fainting and loss of the control of the limbs.
Thats why it took Solis a couple of seconds to react to that punch, the head did not receive a shocking enough punch to lock out on the spot, but his body still reacted as if he was having a stroke and started dumping the blood down from the brain.

For God's sake even Vitali didn't think the "punch" hurt him he barely connected with it was more of a slap than a punch. Solis went off balance and blew out his knee case closed. LOL a stroke come on now Vitali would have KO'd him but to say his grazing blows cause stroke like effects is insane.

Odlanier Solis has sustained serious knee injuries in his first-round knockout defeat by WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko on Saturday.
