If it wasn't a punch from Klitschko I would probably write this off as a dive, but he put both Danny Williams and Herbie Hide with similar razing punches.
Would James Toney done any better?

It doesn't matter, even video evidence will not stop idiots from bashing the Klitschkos. If they have fights in which they dominate and win every round, then KO their opponent late, they're boring. If they KO the opponent in the 1st, it was a **** fight. They just can't win

Wow! Klitschko's punch was stronger than Marciano-Walcott. KO of the Decade.

He hurt his leg, or he took a dive, had nothing to do with that little punch that hit mostly his afro.

It looked legit. You can clearly see his legs wobble. Looks like his equilibrium was all ****ed up. I'd like to see a rematch or something. Solis has very good skill.

See, just a quick grazing shot on the temple that caused him to lose is balance and his knee buckled during the fall.

For people doubting a punch exactly like that hurting someone watch Volodymyr vs Chambers that exact same shot KO him cold.
wtf are u talking about? wlad threw a lead hook, pivoting his feet and turning his hips into the punch and landing flush on the jaw. vitali threw a slapping right, complete armpunch that grazed solis' temple.

i agree solis probably didnt take a dive but its nowhere near the same situation as when wlad KO'd fat eddie. they were both punches, thats about it in terms of what they have incommon.

Actually, it bounced off Solis's shoulders and into his hair. It was an extremely strong punch. Next time, Solis should fight with a shaved head.

Solis was in the process of throwing a combination and didn't even see that punch coming. It wasn't the hardest punch but he didn't see it, it buckles his head and caused equilibrium problems.

He overextended his left leg clearly, the last part where he directly goes down is not in the camera's view and we can't see what exactly happened to his right leg the instant second he went down.

Either way, it's pretty clear he did injure himself. Whether it was bad enough to not show more willingness to continue is a question. The ref didn't stop it immediately, HE WANTED TO SEE SOLIS' BODY LANGUAGE, and he didn't show any willingness to continue.
