I had high hopes for Solis and I think he did very well untill the end. I reckon he would have won the round and he showed that he could hit Vitali with both lefts and rights. Body and head.

He lost by getting caught. Well that's boxing.

Sorry Dorian but to be a ko of the year it might require a more worthy opponent than Solis. Like Montiel was a champion going in to the Donaire fight.
Solis was a good prospect but the only ranked fighter he had faced going into tonight was a disqualification over Ray Austin. That and he fell down from a non-punch in my opinion.
