How do we feel about Dominic Wade?

To me, young Dominic is the next good prospect from America. I have always said Broner is the best and I hit on that by him beating Ponce(even if you don't like his style). I think Dominic is the next to splash on to the scene. Dominic has good speed at if he drops down to 160 would be a very nice puncher. Still a face forward fighter but the footwork is good for a fighter with only 10 fights. Watch out for this fighter if you haven't heard or seen him.

Broner the best prospect out of America? ****, i hope not. . . good lord. . . and you didn't "hit" on **** - everyone knew ponce was there as an "opponent" - including the judges, and broner was still barely able to beat a crude slugger fighting WELL north of his weight class. He will get KTFO'd by killers like juan ma. Id pick Ricky Burns over Broner @ 130. he is kind of big and strong for 130, and he is fast. that's good, i guess.

sorry, i know the point of ur post was wade. he is solid - but compared to other prospects from other countries, he is a bum

It wasn't just the Ponce fight. I've been saying Broner was going to be the best prospect for a long time. I thought he was going to be really good years ago, especially better than any fighter out of the crop of 2008 Olympian. Broner isn't exciting but he has the skills to be the best fighter in his division for a decade, he isn't going to flame out anytime soon. As for Wade, he is going to be a hit and right now he is my number 1 American prospect. That may change due to America always churning out fighters but right now he is the best and in my eyes a can't miss prospect. He will be a world champion by the age of 23, like Devon Alexander did.
