Cruz signed the papers.they must of walked him through the deal and offered him a title shot and more lucrative money.its gonna be a shootout

Luis Cruz is going to school him in the early rounds and then in the late rounds he'll knock him out.

Easy fight for "El Artesano", Rocky has heart and above average pop but not much else in terms of boxing skills.

Cruz has shown to have better defense & better boxing skills than Martinez, but Cruz hasn't been tested yet, so this going to be a pretty big test!!! Lets see how he does cause Rocky Martinez ain't NO push over, Martinez has more experience & is an ex champ that has been in there with WAY better opposition than anything Cruz has ever faced..We'll see who moves on to fight Burns...

Lopez is really developing a Hall of Fame resume. I mean, just look at the guy. A title against a guy who is retired right now in Steven Luevano. The great Penalosa who is a future HOFer but who had to move up in a bunch of pounds and still couldn't get knocked off his feet. Where is Penalosa at now? Retired. And who can forget about the Rafeal Marquez win? You notice that the three best wins on Lopez's resume are against fighter who are inactive right now?
