So................Satterfield mentions(including the why and how) that Pac is called the "Mexicutioner" in an article about NONITO DONAIRE and then says Calderon didn't get up because of body shots when Calderon himself says he could've gotten up but quit because he had taken too much punishment and wanted to fight again someday. Boxingscene, you guys have a great website, don't expose yourselves like HBO does with their bias. Make your money but be professional. Mexicans are great money makers for everybody in the boxing community-- remember that. Geez.

aunque me parara, iba a coger más castigo y esto no es pa’ recibir.. es para ser más inteligente y decidí entonces quedarme (arrodillado) pa’ no seguir cogiendo más castigo.

It was absolutely the right thing to do. Segura is a murderous puncher with a world class chin and Ivan doesn't have any power. There was no way Ivan could win since he was so behind on the scorecards but there was a very good possibility that he'd get hurt. Imagine Segura punching Calderon with increased leverage and power and Calderon not able to defend himself. Ivan's corner should've stopped the fight much sooner. ****ing macho Latino trainers!
