      I would say over, but he is facing some adversity. Maybe he will just focuss on being a rabbi. If he wants to continue boxing he has a long way back to the top. He definetly needs a string of good wins before getting back into the title picture. Too bad, I liked the guy,.

            I didn't hear that he was retiring. Has it been reported?? I saw his interview where he said that he realised that he fought the wrong fight, that he toughed it out instead of boxing, and that he was going to rethink his tactics, and regroup, etc.

            That was only about a week ago and there was no sign that he was retiring.

              cotto ruined him..cotto ended his career at the top..yuri was bound for atg status. or was it that fight scene on fighting where he hit his head on the water fountain..that mightve been the begining of the end

                    He relied on footwork and quick combo's, once his knee went, it takes alot of confidence out of you.

                    He also had no power, I think if his knee was 100% he "could" of had a chance of out pointing Cotto.

                    1st Israeli world champion though got to be proud of that.
