That makes absolutely no sense at all, he was at 154 for years and never got a big fight, Alfredo Angulo ducked him already, Kirkland needs to beat someone credible because of his inactivity, Cotto would say he'd consider it but Arum won't allow it, he already beat Cintron, Dzinziruk and Williams (even if it was at a higher weight). why would he move down?
