thanks for that...might not be the best move for Donaire
Goldenboy has more fighters in their roster, but most are prospects or arent even worth mentioning.

      money.

      nonito wanted 7 figure guarantees.

i'm sure gbp gave it to him.

now i'm worried he'll be inactive because i'm assuming there's gonna be lawsuits.

I'm not asking why donaire is making the move I'm asking why posters are happy about the move.

                  Damn

I'm sure Oscar is going to be thrilled about paying a bantamweight with no fan base $1 million every time out to fight Nestor Rocha or Antonio Escalante.

Top Rank will have no choice but to do business with him. Eventually Arum's fighters will have no choice but to get in the ring with Donaire if they want to be takin seriously, especially when guys like Manny, Floyd and Martinez retire. Otherwise they'll start leaving so they can get a shot at him. I can see WV2 doing that. He really wants to fight Donaire.

Plus we can still see him fight Mares or Agbeko and Moreno. That's a good enough resume to leave Bantamweight on. He'll just have to start pressuring Arum once he moves up, and I think he can.
