If Manny wanted to, he could fight Senchenko, Berto, Zaveck and N'Dou for their titles without worrying about a single one of the mandatory. Berto could probably do the same. But if Senchenko tried to fight Zaveck, he'd get stripped of one of those titles eventually, like how Bradley was stripped of the WBC title the first time he had it.
