Why does he looks mad and sad at the same time?

It must be because he needs to lose all that weight. I think he ballooned at over 170lbs or higher before coming back to boxing. He always need to lose weight and I can see that he hates it. Reminds me of Oscar who fights at lower weight division and then hates on making weight. His ideal weight was somewhere between Super Welterweight and Middleweight. And he still fought Pacquiao at Welterweight that was just a ****** move.

Doesn't look like Morales was having a good day during this particular training session. He looks like he isn't enjoying himself. Love of the sport is gone but it's all he knows how to do and he needs the paycheck. Sad..

What are you talking about? He always looks this way when he's training. The facial expression on his face tells me right away he is really taking this fight serious and is focused on this fight. Actually, he looks like he's in great shape. He doesn't look as big as he did a few weeks ago. As much as I like Maidana, I hope Morales wins this fight and I think he will.

i know maidana just came off a loss,but it was a close fight and had khan hurt,made it a good fight,but if morales beats him,thats a great victory for him because maidana is just younger,stronger and in his prime,if morales can pull off the upset that would give him so much confidence in fighting for a title

Wow he looks slim and younger, in the best shape i have seen him in the last years, and you can see in his face he looks very focuse and ready for war.

Maybe this could be a competitive fight after all, Morales experience can trouble Maidana.

This man beat pacquiao in a fight i watch every month and his courage to fight toe to toe in southpaw position in twelve round is something that make me become crazy;still today manny calls erik "the toughest fighter he ever faced",how much i'd like to see morales put a great performance like he did for years;gooooo "el terrible"!!!!!
