I think Williams beats him rather easily. I was not impressed with Cotto AT ALL against Mayorga. If Mayorga could hit him as much as he did, I think Paul Williams would just beat him to the punch all night long. He's still got terrible defense, despite having Manny Stewart in his corner.

Great match up. Problem is, Cotto doesn't go to the body like he used to and I don't think his jab would pay of for the much bigger and busier Williams. As brutal as the KO Williams suffered, I think he has the style and size to really bust Cotto when coming in for the attack. There would be some nice exchanges and a fun fight but I think Paul Williams win this fight with his size, power and activity.
