At first I thought it was a bit weird, but with Angulo's immigration troubles and Citron's inactiveness, I guess it kind of makes sense.

Am i missing something? He beat peg leg Foreman and Mayorga and is ranked #1?
Cintron, Dzinziruk, Angulo, Konecny, Kirkland, Lara, Williams, Baysongurov all beat him. If he ever fights a live body at 154 we'll see this.
