Cotto didn't look shot to me but we have seen what happens when he fights an elite fighter such as Pac. Martinez would beat Cotto too and probably knock him out. Floyd is retired, he won't fight Cotto, Pac, or Martinez.......maybe Matt Hatton though or Kell Brook as long as the split is 80-20 and they wear 14 oz gloves and he gets 25 Million for the fight.
