I just finished watching James Toney v Mike McCallum, simply a great fight. I had forgotten just how slick James was. Rolling, weaving and countering with that sharp right hand. McCallum was a class fighter yet James was able to land numerous 1-2's it seemed at will.
You see James today and honestly it is not much to look at although he still holds great skill with in himself. Just remember the days back when when Toney was fit and lean, he was brilliant in this fight. Had his work rate been just slightly higher he would have been awarded more than just a draw..........Rockin'
