James shouldn't be fighting any elite heavyweights, for his own safety.
He WAS a great fighter, but at this point he is punch drunk, over-weight and shot. David Haye would brutalise him.

Not at this point. Toney weighed 257 his last fight. He is obese now, not just fat. Couldn't even stop a total tomato can.
Haye would destroy him easily.
